GROUP SESSIONS
Kemorie Drysdale, MSW, RSW, of Living Hope Counselling & Consulting will be facilitating psycho educational groups throughout the year.
Groups will run on Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm in Vancouver or Surrey for 4 weeks.
The cost of enrolment is $160 total for all 4 sessions, and is reimbursable by most benefit plans (under Registered Social Worker, Group Therapy).
Registration is required, and space is limited to 8 participants.
Launching Into Adulthood Group
Living Hope Counselling & Consulting will be facilitating a psycho educational group for youth and young adults ages 18-35 years old. In addition to trusted adults in your life, LHC will help young you blossom into remarkable adults experiencing a fabulous, rewarding, and challenging journey.
Anxiety and Depression Group
Living Hope Counselling & Consulting will be facilitating a psycho educational group for youth ages 12-17 and 18-29years who experiencing anxious or depressive thoughts or symptoms.
Therapy Group for Women
Living Hope Counselling & Consulting will be facilitating a psycho educational group for women in a non-judgemental way. This is a therapy group for women who are "going through it." Whether it is work-life balance, parenthood, illness, relationship challenges, grief, or another kind of difficulty, we understand that in today's world, women navigate many unique stresses, and that it feels easier when we stand by one another.
In this group, we provide a nurturing, supportive space for women at every stage of life. Week to week, we bring topics for the group to explore and process while also being flexible to your needs. This is a space to be witnessed and heard, and to offer your own support to others who are going through it.
